Healthy Dessert
I have found my new favorite dessert. It is only 250 calories according to my fitness pal. 1 cup sliced fruit (I used strawberries), 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp raw honey, and 1 tbsp chopped nuts (I used pecans). I added a little bit of whipped cream because it was only 15 calories, why not?! I may or may not have licked the bowl clean!
